Fulton Heights Annual Meeting

Tuesday, January 14, 7 PM at Maupin Avenue Presbyterian Church, corner of Fulton and Maupin, upper level. All Fulton Heights residents and/or owners are invited to attend the annual meeting of our Neighborhood Association. We’ll have brief reports about our 2019 events and from Councilwoman Tamara Sheffield, from Koontz Principal Nicole Buckner and from Code Enforcement officer Michael Cotilla. You will also have the opportunity to pay your $20 voluntary dues. It’s a good time to meet your neighbors.

Caroling – Monday

Monday, December 23, 6 PM. Join your neighbors as we ride the trolley to sing to shut-ins in Fulton Heights. Board the trolley outside Maupin Avenue Presbyterian Church, corner of Fulton and Maupin. Please be prompt. We return to the church for hot cocoa and cookies.

Cookies and Caroling

You’re invited to celebrate!

Friday, Dec. 13 – 6:30-8:30 PM. Drop by the home of Bob and Laura Williamson, 216 Wiley. Bring a favorite Holiday Treat, sweet or savory, to share. Boxes will be available for you to take an assortment home. Extras go to the staff at Koontz School. The hosts will provide “fixings” for supper!

Monday, Dec. 23, 6 PM. Gather at Maupin Avenue Presbyterian Church, corner of Fulton and Maupin. The Trolley will transport us around the neighborhood. We’ll sing at several homes, then return to the church for hot cocoa.

Holiday Home Tour in Fulton Heights

You are invited. Saturday, December 7, 5-8 PM. $10 suggested donation. Annual dues of $20 may be paid at any home. Four homes open for tour: 422 Mitchell; 502 Mitchell; 119 Wiley; 1409 Crosby. Come visit with your friends and enjoy the homes in our historic neighborhood.

Make a Lighted Ball for the Holidays

Saturday – Nov. 23 10 AM – Noon Make yourself a Lighted Ball to decorate our neighborhood. We provide the wire and instructions. Bring two strands of lights for each ball. Easier than it looks!! Maupin Ave Presbyterian Church, corner of Maupin and Fulton, lower level.

Halloween Rain?

Because we have no way to notify the many people who participate in our Fulton Heights Halloween events, we will proceed as planned: 5 PM Parade and Costume Contest, Corner of Mitchell and Blair on Thursday, Oct. 31. In the event of rain, we will have a canopy for leaders and judges. Please use your judgement about participating and be safe.
