The Fulton Heights neighborhood will not be having our usual Halloween Parade and Costume contest. Neighbors have been asking about trick or treating. Novant Hospital sent out this advice, which basically says to be cautious, to wash hands frequently, to be in very small groups. to wear a mask (not just a Halloween Mask), and to avoid distributing candy to a cluster of children at your door.
